Booking Conditions
All bookings begin and end on Saturday, (departing guests
should vacate the flat by 10.00am and guests
should leave the keys in the flat if departing earlier).
• All properties are non-smoking.
• The flat is available for ingoing after 2.00pm.
• A booking deposit of £100 should accompany all bookings,
this is not refundable if the booking is cancelled.
• A cleaning care key deposit of £50 is held until the week
following departure, and will be used to pay for any damage.
• All female or all male parties are not accepted.
• Please telephone to confirm that the flat is available
before sending deposit.
• A provisional telephone booking will only be held for seven days.
• All balances must be paid in full a minimum of four
weeks prior to arrival.
• Gas and electric are on coin meter. (£1 coins for meters)
• Cots can be provided free of charge.
• We regret we cannot allow pets.
• It is important that visitors respect the flat and keep it clean.
• Reduced terms are available early and late season.
