Starters

Soup - pea and rocket (vg)

Confit chicken terrine - toasted soda bread, spiced tomato chutney.

Mackerel -  grilled fillet, pickled vegetable salad, toasted seseame seeds.
 

Mains

Risotto - pea and lemon risotto, parmesan tuille. (v)

Hake fillet - pan seared, verjus and caper dressing and seasonal vegetables.

Marinated sliced chicken breast -  oriental broth, egg noodles, Asian vegetables.

Chilli Crab Linguine, linguine, Portland crab, cherry tomatoes, cream, chilli flakes.

 
Desserts

Mallams Pudding - madeira sponge, soaked in rum and sherry, cherries, crème pâtissière, glazed meringue.

Crème Brûlée - rhubarb compôte.

Duo of cheese - Wookey Hole cheddar and Roquefort, biscuits and accompaniments.
