Our fish and shellfish is mainly sourced from our beautiful coastline and wherever possible we endeavor to use day boats, local scallops, crab, lobsters and mussels.

We proudly use meat from the Jurassic coast and buy only the highest quality products. 


People are often amazed at the breadth of choice of drinks made in the West Country and we are pleased to feature many of them on our drinks list; beer from Devon, gin from Cornwall and Bath, sparkling pink from just outside Dorchester, apple brandy from Somerset, the list goes on.
